Nice tag, much better ending than the episode. If we had something like this than maybe I wouldn't have hated the ep so much. I do think that Sheppard died because too much time passed and he was still in the desert. If an air strike could take place within minutes an air evactuation team wouldn't have taken that long. So the ending ruined the episode for me and showed that McKay is way too self absorbed in every universe.
