I've toyed with the idea of a crossover in only the crackiest sense. Cross-overs are tough, because you're forcing characters to interact that normally wouldn't not to mention juggling like eight characters.
I might one day and I have an idea, but it's on a big back-burner.
I do have the Shep HC exchange next month for some SGA fun :D
