Leaving on a Jet plane

On Friday, I'm leaving for nine days to go on vacation! I have to take a plane and two trains to get to mom's in Virgina. I'll stay the weekend, see my sister and niece, and then on Monday mom and I are headed for Vegas!!!

We'll be there for five days. We got a hell of a deal. Flight, nice hotel and tickets to Cirque du Soleil for a steal. We've never been and we are both excited. It's going to be a chill vacation with lots of fun. ( I have $40 for the slots and that's it..not there to gamble..hee!)

I doubt I'll have net access, not that I'll have time, so I won't be around for a while.

I also finished my sheppard_hc Summer Exchange story and sent it to my beta. \0/

I'm thrilled to get it done so I can focus on edits when I return.

I've been researching and doing character sketches for my "Hawaii Five-0" story and plan on working on some pesky plot-holes during all my crazy waiting between planes and trains. I'm soooo stoked for this story, got the buzz thing going to write it :D

Have a great time! I've been to Vegas, didn't bet a dime and still had a great time! And Cirque du Soleil is cool!
