How can this show get any better ??? I mean... Just. wow. and Foscoe!!! John is one manipulative SOB though... Which makes him so perfect for the job he has!I can forsee an evil, evil cliffie season ender already. Arhg!!!

I was so afraid that we were going to lose Fusco, and John was going to feel guilty, etc. But this - SO MUCH WORSE. My heart broke for him. They are the dark indeed. Terrific stuff!!!

The whole show really makes you think Everyone..except maybe Carter has made bad choices, gone down dark paths and now just want to try to do things right, yet it seems like fate is at odds with them.

It is such a thinky show.

It is like no one is allowed to come out of the shadows. The show really plays with the ideas of fate.

But I think John had this planned to some degree. He deliberatelu kept Foscoe and Carter in the dark about each other and he tld Finch there was a reason for that so... But scary still! I loved Foscoe saying he was starting to like being a good guy and he's right back into the bad. Although I think Reese will make him a good guy in the end.

And a whumpy show too!! And how can one not love that?? Dark, troubled and whumped characters in a thinky, plotty, smart, funny and complex package: what's not to love??

I sort of forgot about the way he'd intentionally left them in the dark. John Reese is one heck of a chess player! I'm now vaguely remembering from one of the early eps where John told Fusco that he was only a dirty cop because he was loyal. That's gotta sting even moreso now.

edited because "now" is not spelled with a "t" :/

Ditto. I never thought I'd feel sorry for Fusco, but my heart broke for him when Reese destroyed that phone. Didn't he say something about a son?

Consequences, we haz them.

Fussco has a son. He was in teh third eppy? It is interesting that all our main people exceptmaybe for Carter are really just trying to 'make right' for some of their past choices.

I was sitting back going, "Frell me! They did not just do that.... that's SO not what I was expecting!" with how they twisted the show.

Way, way, way awesome. I was not expecting it to get that dark when I first started watching this show and I just am totally hooked by all the twists they keep throwing our way.

I feel for Lionel being back on the "dark side" - he wasn't looking to go back to being a bad cop.

I'm hooked and hope that this one sticks around for a few years. :)
