I finally got some time to read and I had been planning to read this story of yours for days. Then I started reading it and it was not as remembered when I first noticed it. I looked through your posts and realized this was a different story and that you had written TWO stories that I had not read yet. What a winfall to have two waiting to be read!

This story was so much fun. Who knew gardening could be so hot? The friendship came through so strongly, too. I loved the hints about when Steve learned to garden and why he would pull that skill out now. It gave so many layers to the tale.
