As to its origin? Honestly? I did not make that Icon, would that I knew how. I've no idea how and where it came from. The person I snagged it from didn't either. So, I guess it's one of those pirated icons, in a sense.
I've come across a few Icons like that, so I put the following disclaimer on my comments section: "Icon is not properly credited. If you know to whom it belongs, please comment to me so I can then credit properly."
It's definitely great, and worth the risk of snagging... again, I always offer other LJ'ers to fill me in if they know the creator of these gems so I can credit.
