Hit 80k.

Halfway done with chapter twelve which has been a huge pain. *flails as the bottom drops for our guys*

Spent most of my time fixing a lot of issues with the last two chapters and whipping them in shape for my alpha reader so she doesn't cry at the roughness :-P

Um. Yeah, that is all. Been busy reading one Secret Santa a day, com bizzness, rec duties, and life.

I have always been so impressed with your attention to detail in your fics. When I'm reading one of your stories, I feel like every word you've written down has been carefully thought out, and that no word is superfluous or thrown in there just for the sake of being in there. It's what makes reading your stories such a joy! *commands bottom to get back under your feet*

Thank you. I think my constant question to my beta/alpha readers has been "Is this boring?"

They're honest folk and assure me it's not. It's odd to try to be concise, while making every detail count. And there area a lot of details, because I'm constantly sitting back and thinking, how, what, where, and when in certain situations to cover my bases.

Speaking of reading, now that my Secret Santa is written, I can catch up on all the Santa fics as well as a couple of the Big Bang ones. Then I ned to set a couple of writing goals for the coming year.

I know about catching up, when you're nose deep in something, it hard to keep up reading, but my gola of one fic a night seems to be okay, if the fic is longer, sometimes it takes two :D
