This was just posted on Tumblr and it's a behind the scenes vignette with Alex and the writer for the Criminal Minds episode he was in called "The Big Wheel".

This was one of my favorite CM eppys even before I knew who AOL was. It was special. The writing, the acting, the emotion. *wibble*

Fantastic.

Alex says it's his job to elevate the script material and boy did he ever.

It's just, when I see/hear of such pearls of episodes I regret quiting shows even though it's probably better that I quitted them.

When went Elle dark side? That's when I gave up on it.
