I'm looking forward to Danny's flashback episode on Hawaii Five-0. Are any other characters getting flashbacks? — Terri

ADAM: As a matter of fact, yes! Executive producer Peter Lenkov tells us that there will be a McGarrett flashback late in the season that is actually a direct prequel to the pilot. "The flashbacks take place hours before the pilot began in Korea," Lenkov says. "You'll get to see McGarrett in training as a Navy SEAL. The idea is that McGarrett had actually gone into North Korea with another Navy SEAL, a man who saved his life and was killed there." So will we see familiar faces as well? "We're hoping to bring back one of the Hesse brothers," Lenkov says. "We'll see what actually happened with Hesse in Korea."


\o/ It'll be interesting to see what triggers this visit to the past.

Okay. I mean, one of Steve's SEAL brothers gets killed saving his life, just hours before the whole Have To Shoot Anton, Bye Bye Dad thing? How the holy hell is Steve still as together as he is? Okay, I *know* how he's as together as he is, he's Steve, dealing & compartmentalizing, but aiyyy. This is new hurty territory.

Also, what is Plenkov ON? Keep him on it, PLEASE. Yet another episode plot that's worthy of fanfic -- I DON'T GET IT.

Now I'm wondering -- will this just be a flashback inside Steve's head, or will he tell somebody (Danny, say :-))) about it? Because I really want him to tell Danny about it. Really. Yeah.

I don't know. I mean we know why Danny's happens, so what triggers this? Does Steve run into a buddy? Do cases cross? Do we get the fanfic, Steve gets hurt and he's remembering this? Ohh, how would/why/how would Steve tell Danny?

So many possibilities!!!

WHY Steve has the flashback -- see, I wasn't even thinking about that (my mind is the black hole for plottiness). So much of the good here to think about; I like your ideas.

If we get to see Steve in seal training that jay imply that the one that dies on Korea is a long term buddy. Poor Steve just can't catch a break emotionally can he? Any wonder he's so emotionally stunted, the poor guy.
