Snow, Holidays, and Such

I wanted to wish people safe travels if you're hitting the road or flying during the holidays. To those hit by the blizzard try to stay warm, it's headed my way in the next day or two.

I've been very tired of late and look forward to sleeping in on Sunday! I have to work on Christmas Eve day so I don't get much of a break, but I'm taking ten days off early January to visit family, so I'm putting in my hours now. I'm going to try to catch the new Bond film and see Les Mis while I'm there.

I watched the Bourne Legacy last weekend. While it seemed a bit more of a recycle of the first one in the franchise, I highly enjoyed it and that is all I ask out of a movie. The action was good and Arron was a sympathetic and interesting character and I hope they do another one with him in the role.

It makes me watch to check out MI4 and The Hurt Locker. Can anyone tell me how big Renner's part is in the Mission Impossible movie?

Also, Fandom Stocking updated all their tags and there are close to 200 fandoms and you can stuff stockings until January 4th. Yay. Fun.

He has a pretty big role - he's central to what goes down, and he gets to display his scary competence again, lots of hand to hand and wily gun use. There's also a really good butt shot :D or four.

Ohhhh, cool. I really want to see The Hurt Locker as well, but I have a feeling it might be a bit angsty for right now, but MI4 looks fun :)

Matt is perfect, but the new version is fun. I wanted something to watch and Renner is nice on the eyes :)

If you like Jeremy Renner, definitely see MI4. It's fairly typical action movie stuff, but I liked it and JR had a significant role. He was very good in The Hurt Locker too.

The Hurt Locker was amazing but a bit angsty. Staying safe here in the blizzard. It's wild and windy. 18.5" of snow! Not complaining as we need it.

Yeah, Renner's part is quite satisfying. He doesn't show up for the first few acts (and still I was highly entertained by the movie). Once he shows up he's an integral part of the team. The team dynamic is one of my favorite things about this movie.

Belatedly catching up here but I'll add my two bits to the Renner convo and say hell yes to MI4 - Renner was totally the highlight of that movie for me. And The Hurt Locker is amazing.
