Update

Still on Dial up-Phone company said it'd take two days for DSL, but I have to wait on Eric to get home to see if it's working. Something about having to take the dial up program off completely first and then having to reinstall it--IF DSL isn't back up.

Odd when some thing's gone, how you miss it. I've been wanting to download some new tunes to write to, and can't..lol.

Big suggestions to those who like to have music in the background while they write that is cool, but not distracting.

Thursday was the big dog and pony show at work, lots of VIP visitors which we did well at and I had my phone interview for my job transfer. Talked to a three person panel via conference call. Got a good vibe off of it.

Stupid me forgot to ask if I was supped to call them or if they were going to call me. *head desk* I'll wait till after the holiday weekend on Wednesday before calling them up.

Even with the move I can't stay away form writing, had this bunny attack which I'll begin today. Its been this non-stop storm of one shots. Can't wait to be settled elsewhere and begin writing a new longer-fic.

Heroes

Just watched the first three eppys of "Heroes" and I'm very impressed. I knew I wanted to watch this show when I saw one out of order and heard all the buzz, but with the long, sweeping arcs I made the choice to wait on the DVD set.

I'm soooo glad, too. I don't think I could stand waiting week after week! What amazing, creative scripts, the writing is very top notch. I love the twists, the characters, the deeper plots, sub plots and even the score.

Damn good show. Can't wait to watch more tomorrow.
