Criminal Minds recs?

kristen999Sorry for spamming my F-List tonight. I've been mainlining "Criminal Minds" of late and have really been enjoying the team dynamics. I'm in the middle of season four, although I've seen "Amplification" by accident out of order. (Any post eppy fics of this out?)
I'm looking for some good Gen fics. I prefer h/c, but nothing over the top or some nice character/case file type stuff. I love team stories, although I've taken to a shine to Reid and Morgan in particular. (Garcia rocks!) Would love some friendship fics between those to, but I don't want woobie!Reid stuff as I could predict that he'd be written into that category a lot.
Links to favorite authors and stories would be great as a starting off-point, coms are cool too, though I'd feel a bit blind starting off.
I'm in the middle of writing a SGA fic, so I'm not leaving, I'm just want some CM to read for a bit.
