kristen999On September 5th, Misha Collins (Supernatural) will be running a marathon to raise money for Random Acts, the three orphanages in Haiti, and flood relief efforts in Pakistan.

What is it?
Random Acts, a division of The Art Department, Inc., is dedicated to charitable giving, volunteerism, and brightening communities through spontaneous acts of KINDNESS, GRATITUDE, BEAUTY, and LOVE.
Random Acts is a 501c3 non-profit based in the United States. Working with volunteers on five continents, Random Acts encourages people of all ages to do good works in the world. Random Acts was cofounded by Misha Collins and Lisa Walker in December 2009.
2010 RANDOM FACTS
• Presented a laptop and printer to a deserving child.
• Bought new shoes for a 5-year-old boy and his surprised father.
• Gave bicycles to strangers resting in a park.
• Handed out toys to neighborhood children in Mexico.
• Presented umbrellas to unsuspecting commuters in Korea.
• Gave strangers flowers in France and England.
• Provided supplies to children to create art in a square in Russia.
