It is freezing, but at least dry. I am calling my sister's SIL and finding out of the Sylvan area is dry, as far as the roads......... THAT will be my determining factor. Meanwhile getting geared up for my part of the feast. I make cranberry relish each year and I also provide French rolls...........My sister makes a pumpkin and a pecan pie and her SIL does the rest. BUT if I had to stay home, it would be no big deal as I have explained, been there, done that before as a dependent and active duty. :D In fact I used to volunteer to take OOD to allow married guys to spend it with their families and when I was standing rotating watches, it rarely happened that we had a holiday free.
