I've never added scenes in. Well, okay, I once added scenes to the beginning of a story because my beta insisted :). But never in the middle. Hmmm.
In editing, I don't cut much, a sentence here, a tell-y moment there -- but I am an intuitive writer and I rarely change stuff.
