Yeah, 30 to 2 is enough to make your arms fall off. As it was explained in class, breathing for someone isn't going to do a whole hell of a lot of good if you can't circulate the oxygen to the brain.
This is why a) A Defibrillator is a Very Important Thing to have (like they have in the jumpers! :)) and b) a partner to switch out with when God forbid, you have to do CPR.
The old standard was 15 to 1. But now, it's 30 to 2 and if you've got a partner to switch off with, it helps tremendously.
