Finished "Trio" it wasn't bad, but it was pretty boring I have to say.

-------On the positive side of “Trio”----------

Why was John eating a lollipop? I mean really? It was cute in a weird silly way as was his ducking out on the mission.

I enjoyed the set that was pretty creative and I bet a pretty penny.


When Keller isn't written as all whiny, she does come across more likable but for the first half hour she was pretty meek until she was given something to do. She grew on me which was nice, didn't expect that. As long as she doesn't act so meekly, she's a more interesting charcter.

So, writer's stop crafting her as the scared, I shouldn't be here, character please....go with more of backbone!Keller towards the end.

I thought it was funny the reversal, Rodney laughing at Keller about the long trek on missions. Rodney's a pro about now.


I liked the girl talk in the episode, it fleshes out heroes out, give them a 'normal' personality.

The whole John Stewart thing was made of win!

---------On the negative side---------

It was a very slow moving episode and really didn't hold my attention. I probably won't watch it again. I mean I looked at the clock a million times and I was amused by a few jokes, but not much else.

I've really been missing the Team episodes this season. I know the filming schedules and actor availability this year was very difficult but its been very noticeable.

So, over all this was not a favorite, but I look forward to the last four episodes where I hope we can to see the whole Team together.

I enjoyed the set that was pretty creative and I bet a pretty penny.

This was the "gimbled" set built for the SG-1 movie Continuum. The expense of making it work at a 20 degree raise (rather than the 8 degrees it started on) was very expensive.

OH the lollipop was SO DAMN CUTE!!

can you imagine watching your commanding officer, a certified bad ass walking around the base eating a lollipop LOL SO awesome!! LOL

I love this episode, very funny,I LOVE the girly talk and how mckay got sucked into it at the end LOL I wonder if Stewart or Colbert will mention something about it LOL.
I personally liked this better thna travellers wich is odd because , hey it had lots of Shep, but that episode didn't do it for me and I MISSED the team that time, this time I was dying for some fashback of a funny Scene at Atlantis, but not such luck.
Hubby is waiting to see the episode now, I have a feeling he will love it.

And I agree I like keller a lot better now.
And yes the episode could have been a little faster.

While I enjoyed this episode, as well as the insights we got into the characters, I agree. I probably would have enjoyed it much more if we had at least one of our other two boys trapped in the hole with Rodney. Not that I didn't like seeing how Rodney interacted with Sam and Keller, I just missed the general antics that come with having Ronon, John, and Rodney in the same room.
