everybetty and I are going to be at the Chicago Con this weekend. We're arriving Thursday and staying at the con hotel.

Who else is coming?

Kristin999, I will try to spot you. I will be flying in on Thursday. I usually attend cons with ann_tara, but she had to pass on this one. This will be my first SG con, so looking forward to it. I am a retired senior citizen that started with STTOS. Hadn't been into other fandoms until ann_tara and her Spousal unit got me into Buffy, then SGA. I enjoyed the show a lot and am looking forward to meeting the guests. I splurged and got a Gold pass. So I will probably be at the early registration at 1300 on Friday. Hope we will run into each other.

Awesome to hear you still enjoy coming to cons!! The last one I went to was Dragon CON which is tens of thousands so I'm happy to go to a smaller, more niche one. Go you for going gold!

We still don't have our tickets!! Beth e-mailed the com people and so far no response. We're coping the confirmation e-mail and that better be enough they don't get back to us!

We have silver, sadly, no money for gold. Will PM ya today or tomorrow.

That's crazy! They never answer emails. You need to call them. Call 800-593-4537 x 220 and speak to Jane if you can. Leticia handles the tickets I think, but Jane is nicer.

When you purchased the tickets they sent out two emails, from 'Sharon'. The first was confirmation that your order had been received. The second said 'Order Invoiced' and at the bottom says SG29: and your seat numbers. You definitely want to bring that one if you still don't get your tickets. I know some people were still receiving them as of last week, so they could still be on their way. Good luck!

I arrived late Thur and I'm in the con hotel. I THINK I'm in Gold I20. I hope to meet up with someone, since I'm by my lonesome!

I also did not get my badge in the mail. I got a strange email from them back at the end of July saying it was 'returned to them' and asking for a correct address. Since I haven't moved and I even asked my post office what was going on, I have no idea. They never replied to my email, and I'm guessing were too lazy to mail out again. I'm sure it's waiting for me at the reg. desk.
