8k words on the NCIS fic. 8k!! And I'm like...um...could we please figure out the tone of this monster?

Luckily, I found my stride and outlined the rest of it before spiraled completely out of control.

McGarrett is giving me all kinds of stern looks and let's not forget about Sheppard who quirked an eyebrow at me tonight. They might tussle soon over who gets written.

Oops, do I sound impatient? Well, I don't have any Atlantis or H50 to look forward to on the telly so I am addicted to the written word at the moment.....yes, even more than usual if that's possible!!

Not tussling in the same fic...ha! But both guys are going alpha on me . I have the Sheppard HC exchange fic to begin soon and I have another longer H50 one I want to tackle as well.

The the SGA Reverse Big Bang is live and Genficathon should begin soon.

On, and a Chin and Steve one-shot wants my attention.

I need a writing clone, but yes, I've been inspired. Could imagine Shep and company on forced R&R in Hawaii. John recovering from a recent trauma and some weird drug interaction making him hallucinate and takes off in the jungle. Enter Steve and 5-0 who are called in by the locals.

Before Team Shep can go after him themselves, Danny, Kono, and Chin and SWAT keep them in custody and Steve finding out John was special ops once, decides to go after him one-on-one to try to bring him in.

Something like that? lol

I'll put it in my bunny hutch for rainy days.

I too read H50 and SGA crossover and got all sorts of lovely images... Ronon and McGarrett trying to outdo each other and see who's the most bad-ass, Shep and Danno laying bets, Kono and Teyla bonding....

Lol. John and Steve are fighting to be in line of who is written next, but no actual cross-over fic plans. It IS a lovely image though, maybe one day when I'm not buried with other ideas.

LOL I found writing for NCIS like that, too. Where exactly is this story going! I'm looking forward to seeing the result.

As for the other two, I always love new Sheppard stories from you. While I'm not as into H5O, I have enjoyed the stories, and I think you would do am awesome job with McGarrett!

The NCIS fic really is a weird beast. I think what's throwing me for a loop is that it's a pure h/c story which I haven' written in a while and I'm still trying to lay some real plot foundations.
