1) Er, obviously on the Internet, wandering through the internet, trying to get something that squicked me ever so slightly out of my head and debating whether or not to do a rambly post about books (though I think I'll wait until Monday. Rather tired right now).

2) Our basement (our nice finished basement, so it's all cool and cozy).

3) Utah, or Washington. We went last year and it was a blast.

4) Oh, good one. Probably a mixed CD of all the songs I faved on Youtube. As for DVDs... I can't decide! :S Though my mind goes straight to the A-Team movie, since it's the one I've been watching most, lately *cough*andMudrockishot*cough*

5) It appeared to me in a vision. JK. I knew the owner long before LJ.

Never been very far on the west coast, but I hear Washington is beautiful.

1. Lying in bed watching episodes of LA Ink.

2. South Carolina

3. There's a place in North Carolina called The Pine Crest Inn. It's a beautiful place with little cabins to rent as well as rooms in the main house. One of the cabins is off to itself and has a bowed roof. It's made of stone and wood and it's so quiet there. It's said that F. Scott Fitzgerald stayed there once while his wife was in a hospital nearby. I'd like to be in that cabin again with a month off from work.

4. Bach's Brandenburg Concertos and The Godfather (just off the top of my head)

5. Taking a break and refreshing my flist. To go back further, checking you out after you took over Daily Flan and then friending you.

1) Just finished watching the Sarah Conners Chronicals eplisodes I DVR'd yesterday; now watching Bitchin' Kitchin' and playing cribbage online. I lead such an exciting life is it any wonder I'm up at 2a.m.?

2) Geographically? Atlanta (or near enough). Otherwise, just hanging out at the computer with the dog laying across my right foot and one of the cats trying to force me out of "his" chair.

4) CD? Something by Andres Segovia or Yo Yo Ma. There's a reason they're called the classics. DVD? No way to choose just one. Mame? Or Galaxy Quest? Or Stargate (the movie)? Or Back Up Plan? Really depends on my mood when I pack.

5) I don't remember how I originally came across your lj. Icons or a Fic probably. Tonight? Just refreshed my friends page and there you were!

Ohh, the cat battle for control over the chair! I know that one well. Ended up staying up to 3am watching "Man On Fire". Forogt what a chilling movie that was.

No one owns CDS anymore, but I still refer to them for the 'album' concept :D Funny how the desktop has become a favorite comfort area. Love mine :D

2) Where are you? Sitting at my computer desk when I should be loading the car…

3) Where do you wish you could be? Walking the South Downs in England before making a tour to visit friends all over the British Isles and Europe

4) You are stranded on an island with one CD and DVD. Which ones would they be? Hmmm. Tough one. Probably one of vida_boheme’s fandom mix soundtracks, or if that doesn’t count, Joan Osborne’s Righteous Love (my current obsession). As for DVD, Season 1 of The Closer. *Really* late now, so this was a ‘first thought’ response rather than a deeply pondered one.

Oh, you should! vida_boheme's knowledge of music is encyclopedic and she really has a gift for creating fandom-based playlists. She's done several that are story-specific, but I think one of my favorites is the one she wrote for mcfleece one year Cuddle Up.

Honestly, her playlists have introduced me to some of my favorite artists now and they are my go-to playlists for story-plotting. :-)

1) What are you doing right now? - I just got home from grocery shopping, now I'm checking LJ for the first of many times today.

2) Where are you? - I'm in my condo in Kansas City (the Kansas side of the metro area)

3) Where do you wish you could be? - I'm fine right here...but it would be better if the damn condo was fixed.

4) You are stranded on an island with one CD and DVD. Which ones would they be? - Oh man, that's tough because I rarely have favorites....how can you compare (example) a great comedy with a great drama? The CD would be a mix I created (hee!) and the DVD would be of Connor and Paige.

5) How did you come across this LJ? - Hmmm...I can't remember if you friended me or I friended you, but I'm sure we interacted on an H50 comm and hit it off.
