"Slow Burn" Chapter One Done

I know two posts in one day. I'm not going to write about my progress on this fic all the time, just the biggies and getting chapter one, the hardest chapter I think of any story done to my likes, well I'm pretty giddy.

5200 words and has the tone and plot points I sought.

Now to get it 'readable'..heh

I so am with you about the first chapter - that's the one that either repels all possible readrs of bring them in. Just thinking about it has me shaking in my boots!

I so agree with you, I think its what sets the tone, even if only the smallest of pieces are in it. IN my current one I hope ppl will just roll with it,...it'll be the most 'different' of any of my previous fics which I'm happy about. I don't want to fall inot a predictable formula writer.

Anyhow unexpected tunr, huh?
