April Snowstorms? Really?

I know we've had a very mild winter, but still! I wasn't feeling well yesterday so that means I've got to slosh through this mess later to go fill my cupboards. With all trees in bloom and wet snow they expect power outages. Maybe I'll take pictures.

(((((NODS))))) Yesterday as I watched the story on local news, actually a network report, I thought of you............
They reported possibility of 'feet'
I still will never forget when I was stationed in Newport and a Nor'easter hit........
We had so much snow that they closed the base other than critical personnel, of course I was at a command that fell under that category, and finally had to dump it into the
bay..........Just no more room to stack it all up.
It was miserable going to work but thank goodness I had the car that the snow plowman drives to work, VW bug

It was so warm just a few days ago.

It was 50 here on Friday and rain, Saturday was 80 and Sunday
82, so overnight increased 30 degrees......and then Wednesday back
to weather like Friday....
(((rolls eyes))))
I hate it when it does that.......very hard to acclimate
I saw a piece last night, somewhere back in your area, where a hardware/garden store had bags of potting soil next to snow shovels.......
He said in all the time he had owned the store he could never
recollect that being so.........
