Not so much as wished as I can't. Chin/Kono (I know it's rare)

They're family and it doesn't matter to me that they're cousins. Pairings within families(taking out the obvious illegal ones) really bother me, not to mention an abuse of power on someone's part. Which is why I don't read Sam/Dean in the SPN fandom either.

I'd ask for a cover to my SGA fic “Tin Man” (http://kristen999.livejournal.com/339790.html#cutid1) because I felt there it really had some interesting characters and science fiction themes.

That is hard one, but for SGA probably my epic Ronon and Sheppard novel “Red Sands” (http://kristen999.livejournal.com/293008.html). I poured so much of myself into that work.

Ahhhh, "Red Sands." I have read it several times. If I ever get one of those e-readers, this would be one of the first or my favorite fanfics to be added. The psychological character studies of John and Ronon were superb. The story managed an in-depth exploration without sacrificing plot and it was set against a fully fleshed out world with a clearly defined society and structure.

19 - Show us an example of your personal headcanon

Wow, that is a vague question, I tend to put all my head canon into fic.

This isn't much of a stretch, but based on canon bits. I really think Steve was involved in special operations that hunted down terrorists. Have a lead of a big Al-Qaeda leader? His team hunted him down. The CIA uses SEAL teams for special black ops, but I think that was Steve’s team’s specialty. That’s why he was traveling with an Army Ranger unit when he had Heese capture and not his SEALs. He ping-ponged between special forces depending on the mission because with his NI background he was both an analyst and a special operator.

Okay, so that more a crazy stretch of my imagination, but it was fun to blab about.



16 - Invent a random AU for any fandom (we always need more ideas).

My last big S/D fic was a WWII AU and I’ve really wanted to do another historical AU.
I have thought of WWI or maybe Vietnam, but it would be too close to what I’ve already written.

My thoughts have drifted to depression era fic that has nothing to do with the military or something to do with modern-day fire jumpers.

Uh-oh. I just had a nice discussion about the 1920's with a friend on twitter which cemented my idea of a depression era story.

But bug me about it. I still would like to write a fire-jumpers AU.
