kristen999I'm still in limbo as far as the move. Waiting on paperwork and such, but going in one direction. Looks like it should be the end of the month now, but at least I have a firmer idea.
I'm still backlogged on some e-mail, but feel too lazy to answer any of it.
I've re-written the first 5 pages of my one shot three times. That's a record for me, but I THINK its now sailing in the direction that I prefer, which I hope means I'll start pounding more of it out.
I'm on a scene where I've paused to re-think it out so I felt like posting a pic spam.
No one should be surprised a bit by this.
Below is the lovely colonel.
The first four Lorr on GW found for me because I really adored these shots of Joe in the snow, taken during "Rising".
The last one makes me want to write my John and flying one shot.
The rest should be the many expressions and emotions of John Sheppard.

What can I say about these piccies, but yum! You have definitely 'got it' bad for our John.
Now if only I could convince you to write some Sheppard-Stokes(well I'd prefer Sheppard/Stokes, but I know that's not your style) crack fic, I'd be one happy bunny. Hint, hint:)

1. "Why do I always have to carry the backpack? McKay is so damn lazy. Man, I'm bored. I know I'm important to Atlantis' backpack-carrying missions and all, but hell, today, I wanna be somewhere else."

sadly i disapprove of the new characters (sam, keller and ellis) and i am sad for torri and paul.
as of right now i don't have any plans to watch season 4... so fan fic is all i really got left. And i truly love your fan fic... hehe not to be a suck up but i do hehe
I have nothing against people who are going to watch season 4, just sad at what tptb have done to the show i love.
my dear friends twinny and twinchy are going to tell me which the 'paris friendly' episodes are so you never know i might change my mind, but right now i feel very sad and discouraged about the whole thing

Date: 2007-08-03 11:59 pm (UTC)I just hope groups realize that unless you live in the US and have a neilson box, it doesn't matter if 1 million people watch or don't...unless you have that box, nothing else effects the ratings.
I think the system is way out dated but major networks are just now realizing that and I hope networks like Sci-Fi that try to ruin their shows with crazy scheduling would adapt to a changing world.

and its okay if we are different :).... as long as we agree to disagree
boycotting for me i know will have no effect.. its more a case of not being able to stomach the changes.
i still love the show though the first 3 seasons were stellar!
