Supernatural "Red Sky At Morning"

I wasn't very thrilled with teh first few eppys of SPN's season three, but the last couple have really jumped started me back into things. Last night's eppy was fun!


A few thoughts and more of Dean in a tux under the cut...



Come on how can you resist?



I found this one to be fun! Loved the idea of a Ghost Ship and wished we could have seen more or even been on it! For me it was a fresher plotine that I wished we could have seen fleshed out a bit more.

The ghost was kind of hot! Gothic and brooding and I loved how they brought back the brother, that encounter was a cool twist and I enjoyed it much.

As far as Bala, she's very annoying but was given just enough layers for me to kind of liker he a bit. I like her as a challenge not an enemy not a fellow hunter, a bit of spice.

I admired Sammy and Dean in tuxes! WOW! Just some nice imagery and Dean indeed looked dashing!

Giggled about Sam's unwanted attention by the older woman.

Just a FUN episode and it entertained me which is all I ask for.

I'm also want to hug and hit Dean. He's so NOT coping with the pact, somethings going to drop and the fall is going to be bad! Its even worse with Dean having to watch Sam be torn apart by the fallout of the choices made and to the point his brother is ever changing--and to a darker side as a result.

Oh, I hadn't even thought that Dean's actions are actually pulling Sam down closer to the dark side; I'd gotten hung up on what the demon said about Sam "coming back different". But this fits really well with what we're seeing -- that it's his anger at Dean's situation and frustration with Dean that's making him act that way ... and turning into a darker person.

I think between Sam's 'death' and being brought back by to life and the stress of trying to save Dean, I think its the combo thats edging him towards the darkside.

I mean killing teh cross-roads demon was not very season 1 or 2 Sam or how easily he's killed other things I thikn is a reaction to his frustration and anger at not being able to help his brother. Makes me wonder 'what' Sammy will do/trade to save Dean.
