Well Damn Heros

This show proves that if you can start really shaky as the beginning of season 2 had its problems, mainly pace and introduction of new people too soon. But it ended the mid season on a high note if not .....(spoilers) For this season
A sad one for me....Nathan was one of my favorite characters. Well the creator apologized for the slow start this season, not realizing we wanted a continuance of what took place in Season 1 vs the slow, methodical and often boring beginning of this season.
I didn't care about new characters..YET...introduce them after we found out what took place after the bomb. Then slowly bring them in...though why another flying guy??
I've always found Noah's arc more interesting than Clare's and it seems we might get to see more about the company later.
I'm glad they played with Peter a bit but I had amnesia storyline and glad they one is over with. I did enjoy the Nathan and Matt partners and yeah for bring back Skylar a bot TOO late, but the next set of storyline promises more of that.
I hope Hiro stays in the present, love him with Ado and I don't think thats the last we see of Adam.
Over all the last 4 or 5 eppys of Heroes redeemed the flat start.
Still hate Peter's mother..she must die.
Nothing will ever capture the magic of season 1, but I think its going back on track.

Date: 2007-12-04 04:56 am (UTC)Hee! We kept yelling, "Peter, feed him your blood! Yes it's gross, but do it anyways!"
No, I don't think that's the last we see of Adam, either. But, boy, is he going to be psycho.
I had a feeling that something about the way the show had started felt a little dull. I thought it was just me. I didn't like all the romance, and how there was no central story like with last season, just a bunch of stuff happening. It was just sort of drifting, and it wasn't until Peter popped into the future then popped back out that things started getting good.

No this season was very dull until yeah Peter went to the future. You can't have season 1 be filled with constant tension then begin season 2 so quietly. I'm feeling good about it now........here's hoping to a quick end to the strike.
