Thought Crimes

I just watched “Thought Crimes” for the first time. I was impressed for a TV pilot it really had a decent plot, well rounded character with a twist. I wonder why it never made it? I mean “Medium” and “Ghost Whisper” all had decent runs. I wouldn't have minded a couple years of TC..it had the ability for some nice mix of govt/cop type show with that paranormal twist.
Freya was a likable female character and Dean wasn't your typical cocky NSA/FBI et el character. There was some real chemistry between them and Joe did a bang up job of playing an agent who was actually likable. I dug his photographic memory bit and his sense of humor..plus there was a number of scene where his 'intense' gaze could melt steel.
Oh well, I'm glad we got him on SGA of course..would have been cool to have at least a season of TG though to have more Joe.

That's what I loved about the show, how they made Brendan high-strung and, basically, all around human rather than stoic or a Mulder wanna-be. And the photographic memory gave him a touch of the unique.
