Need Postive Vibes

kristen999I had that second interview on Thursday. I'm pretty good at judging things and I think I nailed it. The DM said she was going to make her decision Monday, but I never got a call today.
Now I know many things could have stalled out, background check, reference check, the holiday but I can't help but be paranoid that I didn't get it.
Most jobs don't call you to let you know they picked another candidate. Tuesday I think is the DAY. If I don't get the call then I know what happened.
It's rare of me to seek out things out but I could use positive vibes. Its already the middle of Nov and getting a new job so close to the holidays will be though. I have some back up plans but I just want this thing to work out.
I believe in karma so whatever might help guys.

Date: 2007-11-13 05:06 pm (UTC)You know, you really should go ahead and call them back and just ask if they've made a decision. I know that's a scary step to take in some respects, but still, if they need more time to decide or they know and aren't calling, your asking will at least get you out of the dark. I know 'not knowing' is harder than knowing.
